What's in it
Contains milk, oat, egg, and wheat.
Whey protein concentrate (milk), gluten-free whole oat flour, whole egg powder, calcium caseinate (milk), baking powder (raising agents: potassium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate; rice flour), and gluten-free wheat dextrin.
How to Use
To make a protein pancake: preheat a non-stick pan on low heat. Mix 24g (3 tablespoons) of Protein Bake Mix with 30ml (2 tbsp) of semi-skimmed milk or water. Pour into the centre of the pan and spread to your desired thickness. Cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes until golden, then flip and repeat on the other side.
Store with the lid closed in a cool, dry place.
